Save the Dunes is seeking a full-time Deputy Director to strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability and operational capacity. The Deputy Director is a senior leadership position with primary responsibility for advancing Save the Dunes’ fundraising efforts, organizational management, and providing project oversight for key initiatives. The Deputy Director serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Director and helps ensure strong internal systems, cross-department coordination, and organizational effectiveness.
