Administrative Assistant

Part-Time

Save the Dunes is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our growing organization. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the position provides administrative, records-management, office, facilities, and organizational support; assists staff and the Board of Directors; coordinates with vendors and service providers; and helps maintain the organization’s historic headquarters, Barker House. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team environment.

After careful consideration, Save the Dunes has made the difficult decision to cancel Jammin with Save the Dunes tomorrow due to the thunderstorms in the forecast. While we know this is disappointing, we hope you can understand that the health and safety of our guests, our staff, and our performers is our first priority. If you purchased tickets for the event, you will be receiving an email with details regarding refunds, or the option to donate your ticket cost to Save the Dunes. Save the Dunes is now selling National Park Passes! Your Pass allows you to access any and all Indiana Dunes National Park beaches, trailheads, and parking lots while enjoying the beauty of the Indiana Dunes and beyond. 10% of funds from passes purchased through Save the Dunes will go directly to supporting our mission.
